Electromagnetic Flowmeter ( EUMAG )

Electromagnetic Flowmeter works on the principle of electromagnetic induction where an EMF is generated in a moving conductor when voltage is applied across it.

The resultant EMF is proportional to the velocity of the moving conducting liquid.

EUMAG series electromagnetic flowmeters are available in a variety of options.

Suitable for line size 15 mm to 3000 mm NB.

Higher sizes on request, special models for smaller line sizes 3 mm to 15 mm.

Lining material: Rubber / Hard Rubber / PTFE / PU.

Electrodes: Stainless steel / Hastelloy / Tantalum / Titanium / Monel.

Integral or Remote Convertors.

LCD / OLED display for instant and totalized flow, status indication.

Minimum protection class IP65, IP66/68 (optional).

Accuracy: +/-0.5% of the reading (higher accuracy on request).

Output: 4-20 mA / Pulse / Frequency.

Ultrasonic Flowmeter ( EUSONIC )

Ultrasonic flowmeters are based on the Transit Time principle, in which the velocity of the flowing media (liquid) is determined by the travel time of ultrasonic waves between trans-receivers.

Based on this velocity value, the flow rate is determined.

There are two types of sensors available: Clamp-on and Insertion type.

Eusonic Ultrasonic Flowmeter is available with varying options.

Clamp-on or Insertion type sensors.

Sensors: Suitable for line size from 25 NB up to 6000 mm.

Portable / Wall mounted transmitters.

2 Line LCD display for flow rate / totalized flow.

Power supply: Battery operated / 24 V DC / 230 V AC.

Accuracy: Between 1% to 3% of reading.

Suitable for velocity between 2 to 10 meters/second.

Suitable for clear liquids like water.

IP68 protection for sensors and IP65 for transmitters.

Orifice flowmeters

Orifice plate is installed between two flanges. The differential pressure created by orifice plate is sensed through pressure taps provided on the flanges.using which flow rate can be calculated.

Orifice Flowmeters are available from 15 mm to 1000 mm size and in various materials of construction. Flanges are available in various pressure ratings.

Restriction Orifice Plates

Restriction orifice plates are used for creating a desired pressure loss in the system. When desired pressure loss is not achieved using a single plate, multi stage design is used. A single plate or multi stage design is considered based on factors such as level of noise, possibility of chocking and cavitation. In multistage design, number of plates are welded in a spool pipe, at each stage desired pressure loss is achieved.

Eureka offers all above products in different sizes and materials. It has a well-equipped set up with own Wet Calibration facility which is NABL approved. The work facility is also approved by IBR authority.

A dedicated team of technical experts take care of design, calculation and production activities.

VORTEX FLOWMETERS (EUVORT)

Vortex flowmeters are used for measurement of liquid, Gases & steam in process. The vortices are created in the flow stream by the sensor bluff body. Based on the frequency of vortex shedding the flow rate is calculated.

They are available from 15 mm to 300 mm size. Outputs such as 4-20 mA, Pulse, Rs-485 are available.

Sight Flow Indicators

They are the simplest methods used for indicating the presence of flow in the piping system. It is available in different types such as view Glass, Flapper or Rotary wheel. It is available in variety of materials and end connections of Flange or Screwed.

Thermal Mass Flowmeters/Controllers

Thermal Mass Flowmeters/controllers are used for precise measurement and control of Gases. These are mainly used in laboratory and pilot plant instrumentation where flow rates are very low to moderate. Conventional flowmeters are not suitable to use for these applications. Eureka has a vast experience of over 30 years in assembly/calibration/marketing and servicing of Thermal Mass flow instruments in India. We have a well-equipped assembly/calibration and servicing set up in Pune. We also have a good customer base which we have served over the years. We represent Linetech of South Korea for their range of Thermal Mass Flowmeter and controllers. They are available from flow rate of 10 mls/min to over 5000 ls/min. in analog and digital versions.

Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for gas applications is with an electronic housing suitable for laboratory conditions. Analogue series instruments are truly unique in their capability to control flow ranges between 10 mls/min and 5000 ls/min with pressure rating ranging between vacuum and 90 bar g - all in one range of instruments. This versatility in flow ranges and in operating conditions has ensured that the Analogue series remains our most popular and field proven of instruments. These have a fast response and a high accuracy: ± 1% of FS. IP65 version is also available.

Digital series of Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for gas applications is with high accuracy of ± 0.25% of FS along with high end communication protocol RS-485, Modbus, Profibus. This series ranges between 10 mls/min and 5000 ls/min with pressure rating ranging between vacuum and 90 bar g. IP65 version is also available.
